Having worked with a variety of different General Contractors, we at Victoria Electric have experienced "highs" and "lows" in project management. This project was definitely a "high". Protrend-Arrow was very proactive in all areas of construction. The site superintendent, Matt Alder, was exceptional at foreseeing potential problems and avoiding them if at all possible. He also received the proper support from his project manager Steve Schwartzentruber, which is also a common problem in most projects. That was not the case on this project. This project had a lot of obstacles to overcome, from bad weather to municipal servicing issues, yet still finished on time. We would recommend Protrend-Arrow to any one of our customer base in need of competent project manager."
