Project: Supportive Housing of Waterloo
Description: 30-unit, 5-storey apartment 23, 250 sq ft Address: 326 Erb Street, Waterloo, ON-
This is an ICF, insulated concrete form project. Protrend Arrow Construction has an ICF and Concrete division that specializes in multi-storey ICF projects for residential, commercial, institutional, industrial and resort projects.
PROJECT: 311-321 Lester Street, Waterloo

DESCRIPTION:This 7-storey student residence (70,000 sq ft) features ICF construction. The Lester Street Lofts brings a lavish twist on student living. From the open-concept floor plans to the sleek, urban finishes, these units exude a new, luxury-type feel unseen in student accommodation in Waterloo so far.
This ICF project is an exceptional example of Protrend Arrow's ICF capabilities. The entire project was delivered in record time and featured collaborative teamwork between Protrend Arrow's specialized ICF and Concrete divisions. A residential building, this ICF project is more comfortable, more energy efficient, quieter and stronger than any other high quality building. ICF is the "difference maker" in construction and Protrend Arrow are ICF specialists.

DESCRIPTION:These 7 duplex unit cottages were built on the site of the current Nursing Home and Seniors Apartment Complex, offering total independent living in a Health Care environment. We were selected as the General Contractor through an invited bidder tendering process. The project was completed in 1995.
Description: In the role of Project Managers, our firm provided Site Supervision and Project Administration to coordinate and oversee construction of a new church facility in 1989.
Addition & Renovation to Hope Manor

DESCRIPTION:
Hope Manor, a security and rehabilitation facility for delinquent youth was
constructed in 1997. This project involved the demolition of the former bedroom
wing and the construction of a new two storey bedroom wing, new kitchen, dining
facilities, lounge and staff rooms. A separate gym building was enlarged to include
extended play area, change rooms and washrooms. Further renovations to the
existing building completed the project in 1998.
